"I have been utilizing Dear Diagnosis within my teen population. My patients have found the information from the posts on the blog extremely refreshing & honest, as sometimes being an older teen on a pediatric unit can feel very “butterfly and rainbows”. The pieces my patients have written have been increasingly insightful to their experience as a patient in the hospital & where they are at in processing. We are hoping to do this type of program more regularly with our patients in the hospital & encourage them to utilize it as a coping mechanism outside of the hospital as well. Thank you to “Dear Diagnosis” for providing a platform for patients to be honest with their diagnosis & how it truly effects them on a deeper level." -Caelin
